THE ORDER OF NEVER HIDE

The Brief:

 

To help drive engagement of Ray Ban’s new digital competition platform ‘Order of Never Hide’

 

The Event:

 

To help drive engagement we recreated the competition challenges in the real world at Bestival.  Working as part of the festival programme the stand was home to standout and unusual live entertainment ranging from a live stare out competition to speed barbering. During the evening the stand turned into a party tent with a host of DJ’s including ‘The Cuban Brothers’

 

Production:

 

I worked closely with the festival organisers to produce a large outdoor festival stand and a 4 day live event, with multiple activities and events. The project included sourcing, briefing and overseeing the build of the stand and securing and managing the talent from hosts to a large set of DJ’s. As well as catering, security, budget management, logistics, photography & filming, I managed event management, a 4 x day build, a 4 x day live events and a 1 x day de-rig.

Results:

 

‘The House of Never Hide’ attracted over 12,000 visitors over the festival
